How it works

    Snap your cards

    Photos or PDFs of your trade licence, public liability and other insurance certificates, white card, WWCC and any tickets.

  2. 02

    We build your register

    Each item is recorded with its number, issuer and expiry date, plus a checklist of what you will need to renew it.

  3. 03

    Get reminders

    Email or SMS reminders at 90, 30 and 7 days before each expiry. You do the renewal with the issuer yourself.

A lapsed licence or card can stop you working or cost you a job, and the reminders from different issuers arrive at different times, if at all. We keep it simple: one register, early reminders, and a checklist. We use your own documents, not guesses.

FAQ

Is this legal or professional advice?

No. We track the dates on the documents you give us. We do not tell you which licences or insurances you need for your work. Check that with your state's licensing body and your insurer.

What kinds of dates matter?

Examples from NSW: a NSW building or trade licence can be renewed for 1, 3 or 5 years, and if it lapsed less than 3 months ago you may be able to restore it. A NSW Working with Children Check lasts 5 years. Rules vary by state and licence type, so we use the dates on your own documents.

Do you renew anything for me?

No. You renew with the issuer. We remind you and give you a checklist so it's quicker.

What if a date is wrong on my upload?

We record what the document shows and flag anything we can't read clearly. Check the register when you receive it. It is your responsibility to keep your licences current.

What happens to my documents?

We keep only the details needed to send reminders for your 12-month term. Uploaded images are deleted 30 days after your register is delivered and are never used to train AI models.
